Brazilian Stew

A Firefighter brother introduced us to this family recipe a while ago and we couldn’t stop eating it. Often called Feijoada, which is one of the national dishes of Brazil. This is another one of those big, hearty, meat-and-bean stews that will challenge you to stop before you eat 4 servings, in one sitting. The traditional way to serve this stew is with white rice!

Ingredients: Pork Tenderloin, 100% Certified Black Angus Beef, kielbasa Sausage, Chorizo Sausage, Black Beans, Basmati Rice, Onion, Garlic, Tomato, Chief Chili Hot Sauce, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Herbs, Spices & Sea Salt
