The Indian Chick

One of the all time favorites in our station. The depth and complexity of this dish is as famous as Dudhsagar Falls in Goa. Chicken Xacuti (pronounced “sha-kooti”) has strong Portuguese influence, it is naturally gluten free. With layer upon layer of flavors, you are sure to enjoy this wonderful Goan dish. Served over white rice!
