“The Feast” Pork Braciole

Inspired from Little Italy in New York City while attending the Tunnel To Tower Run, to honor the falling of 9-11 and unbeknownst to us, the Feast of San Gennaro is underway. Run and Hunger go hand in hand, so we hit the feast and had this amazing dish, inspiring us to bring it to you. With a side of creamy Mashed Potatoes.


Ingredients: Pasture Raised Pork, Pecorino Cheese, Prosciutto, Provolone, Pine Nuts, Organic Figs, Tomato, Potato, Eggs, Spices & Salt.
