Egyptian Kushari

Found in the streets and alleys of Egypt, this is one of the favorites. It’s simple, it’s delicious and it’s a very straight forward dish, which can be bought for a few “coppers” from open-air stands just about everywhere in Cairo, and now you can have it at your home!

Ingredients: Rice, Vermicelli, Fresh Pasta Noodles, Chick Peas, Lentils, Onion, Garlic, Tomato, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Herbs, Spices & Sea Salt
