We first tried it at the Grand Bazar/ Istanbul back in 2012, we then had a mission to create our own and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Islim kebab is a tender kebab, wrapped in eggplant, not a big deal right? Yes, but the sauce is what makes this dish the best. A spicy dark rich pomegranate based sauce, that will leave you at WOW. With a side of fresh made pita bread for your dipping pleasure!
