Shepherd’s Pie

Homey comfort food and one of the all time favorites, SHEPHERD’S PIE. Consisting of creamy mashed potatoes atop a rich and bubbly stew. The dish originated in Ireland, so it is traditionally made with lamb. Here at Station 1, we use a mix of both lamb and beef to add that extra richness!
